If you do not remember your SMath password or you just got a new account from your company, you may use restore access function available on our login page here: https://smath.com/en-US/security/Restore

If restore access function did not work for any reason you may always contact us by via support@smtah.com, using email associated with your SMath account. Our support team will setup temporary password for you and it will be sent to you by email.

Note: if you are Local Licensing Server user you need contact your server administrator in order to restore your password there. This instruction is applicable only to the Root SMath Server users.
